Oomph Works is a software business that is passionate about digital transformation, with a development team based in West Yorkshire near the vibrant technology hub of Leeds.

Founded in 2007, the company specialises in website and software development, including customer
relationship management and digital marketing. Its mission is to help digitally transform SMEs by creating seamless cloud-based solutions that integrate with software such as Office 365 and Xero.

Formerly known as Go Media Limited, Oomph Works is a part of ACI Group Ltd, a leading service provider to some of the world’s largest brands in the food, health & wellbeing, road and performance chemical & industrial sectors, located in Berkshire. The company was taken under new ownership by ACI Group’s CEO Karsten Smet in September 2022.

Oomph Works’ customer portfolio includes a diverse range of companies, including leading sports brand New Balance, the Super League rugby team Huddersfield Giants, and multi-national businesses such as M Group Services plc.

The company prides itself on being able to adapt to its customer needs from design right through to implementation, thanks to a consultative approach.
