At Newbury College, we believe in “careers, not courses.” That’s why we offer full-time, career-focused programmes with vocational qualifications, maths and English GSCEs, and work-related activities, along with professional part-time and apprenticeship programmes for adults.

The key to developing meaningful destinations for our students is our partnerships with local businesses. We engage with excellent employers to offer services that help businesses attract new talent and develop existing staff.

Our apprenticeship programmes are suitable for new and existing staff looking to gain industry-relevant skills and qualifications, with a dedicated Business Development Team to ensure success for both the apprentice and their employer.

T Levels allow employers to provide meaningful industry placements for students, enabling them to influence the skills and knowledge gained by potential future recruits. Our Industry Placement Team are in place to match the students with employers and ensure both parties benefit.

Working with fantastic local employers, we support skills development across many industries.

We also specialise in supporting students with specific learning needs, helping them to participate in their community and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Our facilities are second to none, including an engineering solutions lab, digital labs, a renewable energy and construction centre, and a sports hall that can be hired out for external events.

Our training restaurant and beauty salons allow the community to access affordable services while providing valuable real-world experience to students on catering, beauty and hairdressing programmes.
