Employment Law

With over 50 years combined experience and a 95% success rate, you’re in capable hands. We work with SMEs, professionals, owner managed businesses, multinationals, and individuals. Our understanding of both sides of arguments gives us and our clients a distinct advantage.

About Us

We are approachable, down to earth, practical lawyers who love finding the best solution for individuals or their businesses.

We specialise solely in Employment and Family Law and don’t dabble in anything else. This means we are specialist and have decades of experience which we apply to assist a broad range of clients across numerous industries.

For our employment practice, our clients are SMEs and larger organisations, as well as individuals and we advise on everything from TUPE transfers and redundancies to discrimination and equal pay claims.

For our family lawyers, we are on your side to navigate the tricky process of divorce and financial remedy as well as pre-nuptial agreements.

We pride ourselves on communicating clearly in plain English and harnessing the latest technology to deliver the best possible client experience, alongside making sure we take steps to minimise our impact on our environment.

Fenton Elliott have enjoyed long-standing relationships with a diverse range of clients from many business sectors. Here is just a small selection of some of the kind words our clients have had to say about us.

Family Law

We specialise in divorce, child arrangements and financial remedies. We are a friendly team which offers ongoing support every step of the way. We seek to understand your personal circumstances and then come up with a bespoke plan just for you.

We offer a free 45 minute initial meeting to make sure we can work together and that you have confidence in us. We will then be in the best position to understand the likely costs and explain them to you. And we won’t do any work until those costs are formally agreed with you. There is no obligation to instruct us at the end of the meeting (but most do!)
